I don’t like leaving negative reviews; however, I will definitely do so when warranted. I have brought items to this location for both cleaning and alterations. I brought in a pair of jeans to have hemmed. Picked them up and within a month (maybe 2), both hems were coming completely undone. When I brought them back to have them fixed, the owner told me that was not his responsibility, and he walked away. No further discussion or offer to assist. His actions were downright rude! Personally, I believe a business should stand by the quality of their work. This business does not choose to do so. And for a relatively easy repair, this seems like a poor business choice. Just thought I'd add a follow up. I took my jeans to another place, and they confirmed that it was, in fact, poor service on the part of La Valet. My jeans were a stretchy material, and apparently they didn't use the right stitch that would allow a little give in the stitch/material. As a result, the thread was pulled too tight and that's what caused the premature unraveling.

Had my husbands suit dry cleaned and they burned it! The button from the other side is now showing through the suit. Brought it to their attention and they told us it was the fabric and his suit was cheap. He asked where we bought it from!
