About Katie's Sweat Shop

Katie's Sweat Shop is a small local business offering personal training and small group exercise classes along with nutrition and weight loss support. It is not a huge gym and has no membership fees. The owner holds a Masters in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelors in Nutrition Sciences and is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. This is a non-intimidating, inspiring, clean, convenient, supportive, and no-judgement place to get fit, with workouts for all levels. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, educating, communicative, and results driven. She is adaptable across all fitness levels, energetic, supportive, and encouraging without being a nag. For personal training, she is super flexible with scheduling, establishes goals, and provides personalized routines. For group fitness, such as the yoga class, it is low-key and unpretentious, with plenty of modifications offered. It is a great place to find workout friends who will notice if you miss class. Free personal training consultations and special pricing on sessions are currently offered.
