We lived in another state during the renovation and we weren’t able to see the progress in person. We had nothing to worry about. Jasper’s team was professional, extremely communicative, and finished on time even though the Covid pandemic started in the middle of our renovation. We were provided online updates on an almost daily basis, which included detailed photos of every aspect of the job. Jasper listened carefully to all of our ideas and offered solutions that took our needs into consideration. The in-house designer, Jeff Hildreth, was indispensable when it case time to make our selections. He was able to guide us toward design elements that felt like “us” while suggesting areas of the house where we could think outside of the box. We now have a home that addresses all of our practical needs and our design aesthetic. We are so pleased with the final product. We have a hard time deciding which elements we love the most. We enthusiastically recommend Jasper!
This week marks 2 years from the date we first met with Jasper Builders to design and build our dream home across the street from my brother in Sherrills Ford, NC. Our entire process with Jasper just added to that realization of our dream come true. Jasper's team designed the home that had been in our minds for decades. The finishes, configuration, beauty and quality amazing us each time we step through my front door. Jasper broke ground in Feb 2019 and we moved in Sept 2019. Everything the team promised took place. And still to this day, we are so thankful we found Jasper! We still cannot believe we made it here, on Lake Norman in this beautiful modern farm home. Many folks roll their eyes when they discuss the building process...but not us. We tell the WORLD about how accomodating and professional Jasper was, how the experience is so memorable and how kind, caring and compassionate the team was around ensuring we had the ultimate experience for our last home to be built so that we could make memories for the rest of our life. We had lived in Mooresville for 15 years, raising our family, enjoying the community and Lake Norman, but never thinking we would ever be able to have a home on the water. Through a series of serendipitous events, we were presented with the opportunity to build our dream home on the lake! We knew of the outstanding reputation of Jasper Builders and had seen several of their spectacular custom-built homes. So, we started there. After our initial meeting with the owner, Sean Gallagher, it was clear to us that we need not look further and had found the perfect team to make our dream a reality! We had always heard stories of the stress that goes along with building. At no point with Jasper Builders was that our experience. I tell everyone that if there were problems or conflicts during the process, they were resolved before we even knew about them! We had a very specific plan in mind but after searching hundreds of plans online to no avail, Sean had a plan that, with a few modifications by his architect, would turn out to be perfect for us. From the time we signed our contract, to our walk through and move in, everyone at Jasper went above and beyond. We were always advised and therefore prepared for each step. This kept us on track time and budget wise. Each subcontractor was attentive and open to our ideas and each was exceptional. The quality of our home is excellent. During framing, we had a friend come by who is a contractor/inspector and complimented us on how well built the house was. It is clear to us that everyone at Jasper Builders is passionate about what they do and their greatest priority is to ensure the complete satisfaction of the homeowner! We absolutely love living in our new home. The outstanding workmanship, the premium details and overall look and feel of the house make it a home we are proud to call ours. We do have to say that we miss the camaraderie we experienced while we were building, it was wonderful and really fun, but feel as if we will always be part of the Jasper family!
