I am working with Miyah at Floor and Decor in Mooresville, NC and if I could give 100 stars, I would. She has been amazing in every way, from following up, to doing exactly what she says and going above to create a great experience. She is a problem solver, has made herself accessible and is always pleasant to talk to. I have been in business for forty years and have purchased millions of dollars in supplies. Khary Holley, the manager of the Pro Desk in Mooresville NC was outstanding to work with and assist me with my purchase of LVP flooring. Khary is both knowledgeable and kind. He definitely went the extra mile to assist me throughout the entire job. As a result, I will likely purchase a bathroom vanity and glass shower doors from him as well.
The manager Mia was very helpful and very sweet. I’ll never buy my tile from anywhere else again. I work with multiple contractors and told them All to buy from Mia. Service couldn’t have been better. I loved it!
