I was very disappointed the last I went here. I took in a pair of white shorts that had some spots on them. I had tried to get the spots out myself with no avail. I told the owner that. When I picked them up parts of them had the underside material showing through. I said to her these weren’t like this when I brought them in and she said yes they were. I thought the client is always right…..

I recently reached out to Cheryl Lynn about cleaning a wedding dress that had been worn during the reception (on a farm, in the mud) and stored in a closet for two years. She took a look at it and was honest with me that it probably wouldn’t come clean and she didn’t think I should waste my money. Upon further examination, she noticed that the fabric was hand washable, and she agreed at my pleading, to give it a shot. To both our surprise, the dress came out about 95% clean. I was overjoyed to say the least! She was honest with me from the start, and she kept in touch with me the entire time. This is the best place to go to for dry cleaning in the Lake Norman area. They are located on Brawley School Rd. west of I-77 just past the Publix Shopping Center. What makes this the best shop is that the dry cleaning is done right there, not shipped somewhere else. Also , the owners are there so if there are special situations or requests with your fabrics they are sharp and knowledgeable so you know you're in safe hands.
