Where do I begin? First off, they are thieves, and they will rob you blind. I made an appointment with Jacqueline to touch up my roots, and nothing more. She said to me, that my hair needed to be highlighted. It already was highlighted. I should’ve got up and walked away. First off, she is not highly skilled. Two, they stole money from me and did not perform the services needed. I will document with pictures down below. Nightmare began when I got home that afternoon. The salon is old, poor lighting, chairs without bars, so your legs are left hanging, not clean, shampoo bar that is old from the 70s. I should’ve left. She kept tugging on my hair. I've moved to NC a year ago and been having trouble with countless hair salons in the past.I posted a recommendation in a group and Jacqulyn replied that she could fix my hair aftera failed attempt from a previous salon. I thought why not give it a shot. She was extremely nice, honesty and caring as she explained what needed to be done. Definitely put my mind at ease about everything and did a fantastic job. Definitely went above and beyond to fix my hair.

Caitlin DID that!!!! I’ve been wanting a cut and a new color so bad! I’m always super nervous letting a new person touch my hair but Caitlin made me feel so secure and beautiful the whole time!!! I’ll definitely be back!!!!
