I’ve only been working for Comfort Keepers for a couple months and so far I enjoy my job. It gives me joy knowing I’m helping someone in need. This is a good company to work for. The office staff is always there to answer questions & help out in any way they can.

I really enjoy working for Comfort Keepers Mooresville Office. Shelby goes above and beyond scheduling me with hours I need! Anything I may need help with she’s always there for me. Thank you to Shelby and Mooresville Office for all you do! Awesome company to work for!

I switched my home health care for my mother (she is 81 with dementia) to Comfort Keepers Lake Norman after disappointing service from Right at Home and Home Instead in 2022. Andy Fortune is an experienced hand at customer service and will tell you like it is. I haven't had the issues with call-outs or no-shows with Comfort Keepers that I did with the other services, and I believe this is due to the higher rate of starting pay Comfort Keepers gives their caregivers. $$$ makes a difference when you live in the Mooresville/Lake Norman area, most health care services around here start at $12/hour, which is not enough when a 1 bedroom apartment here rents for $1100.00!Any...read full review
