Rosie was great. Helped us pick out samples, kept us up to date on when carpets would be bound and helped with delivery dates. Everything was installed correctly, on time and at the price discussed. Large variety of carpets and flooring - would recommend
Edit: 9/26/25 - after posting my review below, I received a call directly from one of managers who wanted to know the details of our experience. He listened, asked questions, and worked with me to make it better and let me know that they have a new operations manager and these issues don't happen anymore. He apologized and was sympathetic to the situation and worked with me to resolve the past issues. I was very appreciative of that and was glad he reached out directly. Kudos to them for fixing the problem!
