Went in for a correction on highlighting from 2 weeks prior... not a major correction and usually pretty happy and love my regular stylist but this time a few pieces needed touch-ups. The correction was minor and the first time I have ever had to come for correcting. The stylist did awesome and I left pleased. Bella Lago was very responsive and happy to fix my complaint without charge.I am usually pleased with my stylist, however, I do have to add that the most frustrating part is calling for an appointment and checking out...this takes FOREVER!!!
