I was referred to Awards Steaming by a another carpet cleaning company. Mr. Edwards was able to squeeze me in within 48 hours. My daughter has two cute dogs that will urinate on the carpet if not taken out quick enough. Not only did Mr. Edwards clean the carpet, he removed the smell and was even able to remove pen stains.
