I cannot recommend Rosalin highly enough. She manages multiple properties for me in Charlotte, and she is hands-down the most experienced and capable property manager I have ever worked with. Rosalin is always 'ahead of the game'—she anticipates needs before they become problems and addresses any issues immediately. I haven’t had a moment of stress since she took over, as she consistently works in my best interest and resolves every situation with total success and efficiency. If you want a property manager who is proactive and professional, Rosalin is the gold standard.

Alarca was my first experience with a property management company as a tenant, and I must say, they are amazing. I was coming in from out of state, and the house viewings, application, and the move in process were done in a very considerate way. Taking into account my personal needs for move-in logistics.Throughout my stay I had a few wear-and-tear maintenance style requests that were handled fast, and of high quality.
