AJ went above and beyond to help, explaining important information, and was on time, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Duke Energy recommended Stelco for installing an EV charger, and the installation tech, A J., arrived on time and carefully got the job done the way it was wanted. It was a very pleasant and easy experience, and everything works as it should. Stelco did a great job and is highly recommended.
We had a great experience with Stelco Electric and Billy Carithers as they installed our Tesla charger in our garage. He was incredibly communicative and made the process extremely easy. AJ, the installer, was great to work with and made sure that our install was working and in the correct place for our cars. I would highly recommend their team and the work they provide!
Had stelco move an outlet and demo one that was no longer necessary. After talking to Billy, Josh came out the same day and took care of it. Fair pricing, didn’t try upsell me or anything like that, and explained the various aspects of the work. Would definitely call again for future electrical needs!
