I have changed my rating from 5 star to 1 star after discovering all the hidden issues after living here for 3 years. Some really big issues that are the manufacturers fault. Shult homes is the builder. 1st choice is the General Contractor. Both have major issues.The attic insulation is reading at 9 inch depth (R 28 )after move in. But it was placed at 14 inches specified to be R38. The General Contractor who installed the home moved the blown in insulation to the sides to do work on my attic but never replaced it to its original position. They left a large square area of the attic at this lower depth which affected the insulating properties of my home and I have experienced... read full review
