I am thrilled with Healthy Home! Our furnace died on a Sunday morning just as the temperatures in Charlotte were dropping. I was referred to HH by my neighbor and immediately gave them a call and spoke with Dimitri. He sent Isaiah out within just a few hours. He advised what was wrong with the furnace and discussed with us fixing or replacing it. Since the unit was 20 years old, we decided to replace it with a heat pump. Brian came out on Monday - a holiday - to take measurements and double-check that the system we discussed with Isaiah would meet our needs. Temperatures dropped to 18 degrees and Dimitri delivered space heaters for us to use while we waited for installation. Josh, Harry, and Brian worked hard all day while it was in the 20s to replace our system. Every single person I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and courteous. They made an unpleasant situation easier to deal with because we knew they wanted to help, they wanted us warm again quickly, and they appreciated our business! I definitely recommend this whole team without reservation. I look forward to having them service our heat pump for many years.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is a fabulous company to work with. Brian Reynolds’s, their comfort consultant, did a great job looking over my very old AC/heating and explained the issues I was having and his recommendation for replacement. He went over all the costs thoroughly and the work was done very very professionally by a great crew. They cleaned up the job site thoroughly and answered all my tedious questions. I would give them five stars!
Danny was our tech today. He was courteous, kind to our pets, and very knowledgeable about HVAC and his company. Most important.....his Customer Service was exemplary. I will be requesting Danny the next time I require services from Healthy Home.
