Justin and DeVictor are very prompt, courteous and professional. They are still working diligently to resolve our issues with air flow and temperature comfort.Since the tweaks and additions the air flow and comfort levels are much better. They listened to us carefully and addressed each issue.One example is that DeVictor walked through our problem areas and could feel the cool air we were feeling so he checked our thermostat settings and discovered that the fan was set to always on and turned off for us.
