After requesting an appointment via email, a technician, Tate, came out promptly and explained our new build HVAC system thoroughly, in an easily understood manner. He went over the thermostat options, offering suggestions for customizing programs to suit our lifestyle and keep the system efficient. He was personable, professional and patient. Chris was great. He took the time to figure out the problem. Then went above and beyond by adjusting the air flow of each vent in the house to try and get optimal performance and comfort. He’s definitely an asset to the company.

Matt S. is a great Service Tech! Very courteous and respectful. So nice to have him help us solve our heating issues. Having a heat pump is a whole new process for us. Cold air blowing and subzero temps is a bad combination.He even made an adjustment to a new unit that wasn’t done during installation. Thank you Matt.
