Chris S was excellent! He called me when he was on his way to give me notice of his arrival, he was very friendly, and he went above and beyond with service! Not only did he adjust our dampers (this was the only reason we needed service), he also gave advice on how to get better air flow by switching to a different type of air filter, and he also fixed a minor leak that we didn’t know existed!
