Our AC unit that we purchased from AirCare just a few years ago stopped working at the end of March. A tech came out 4/1/25 and had to order a motherboard. They were scheduled to come back April 7 to complete the repair and didn’t show or call during the timeframe given. When my husband who had been home waiting called they said they didn’t come because it was raining. They rescheduled for the next day, and once the motherboard was installed it apparently now says we need a new compressor and condenser. So now we’re waiting on these parts to arrive. Zo came out almost immediately after I called and requested services! He checked the system I was concerned about and made adjustments. He also was able to find the source of another problem we had been trying to solve for months!
He was able to identify the source of the problem and recommend appropriate corrective solutions! He was polite and professional and able to explain the products he was recommending in layman’s terms. We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Zoe!
Jared was wonderful! Was right on time, was not high pressure at all and was spot on with the problem it fixed and recommendations for what needs to be done in the future. We now have cool air in our home. Thank you Jared!
