Check in is totally odd to be honest with you!! Front desk not sure how i feel about them. Not very pleasant sign says to have a seat and wait but then she randomly opens the little window and just waits for you to look instead of calling you lol. Prescriptions are always spot on. And don’t forget your prescription when you go to your doctors office because the staff barely answers the phone when you call!! So if you’re at a store and need your prescription you are screwed! I will Only return for the prescriptions i get! Of those start to fail J am def out

The actual optometrist here is very kind and it was initially a great experience (back in NOVEMBER) but trying to pick up my glasses from them has been a nightmare. They have been constantly changing their hours. I spoke with a receptionist on the phone today (1/16/25) at 12pm which just trying to speak with someone on the phone is a joke they rarely pick up I call them often just to be sent to their answering machine which they also apparently do not care about since they never call back either. I arrived at the optometrist to pick up at 3:30 and they had a sign stating that they had closed at 2pm the receptionist had not mentioned this at all and their store hours...read full review

They are the worst at answering phones calls. I've been trying to get a hold of them and no answer and I've left them a voice messages and they said they would call back within 24-48hrs and nothing. Customer service sucks all around. Would not recommend at all.
