They are able to accommodate appointments quickly, even for unexpected issues. Both children and adults feel comfortable and positive about their visits. A fellow physician has recommended them, demonstrating their professional competence. Appointments run on time, and patients appreciate the personalized care they receive.

If your looking for an Optometrist that is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and doesn't treat you like just a number...this is your place. I have permanent double vision due to a concussion, and this is the only place I've ever been that fully understands me when I'm trying to describe what I see without glasses. My wife and I both pay out of pocket/network to go here because our other experiences at otherwise reputable places has been terrible. I can't say enough about how nice it is to be believed and understood instead of misdiagnosed and given the wrong prescription (TWICE!) at another place. The entire staff is nice and very easy to deal with. I hope to change our insurance so that they'll be in network, but it doesn't matter...this is where I'll always go for my exams and prescriptions. 🤘
The staff and the Dr were all very friendly and helpful. It was my son’s first visit to the eye dr and it was so good and easy that I’m going to change from Charlotte Eye and start going here.
