We have been customers of Tactical Pest for a while, but I’m always blown away by their customer service. I found some ants in our house today and Gary had one of his guys over to our house within 15 minutes. Truly the best people to work with and trust them in our home. Highly recommend!!!
Can’t say enough good things about this company! Gary is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, genuine, honest — qualities that are hard to come by these days. Very reasonable prices and don’t try to upsell or rip you off. Customer service staff (I believe her name was Colleen) was also so helpful and friendly. Would recommend them again and again. Phenomenal customer service with an amazing crew! We live in a heavily wooded area and they helped us out with determining our bug/pest problem. Sprayed both inside and out with a solution that was pet friendly. We signed up for the quarterly service which helped keep everything under control.
