“I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pressley & his team @ Brookdale AH. I have 2 needy cat family members - one diabetic and one asthmatic. I was 100% not satisfied with my previous vet of many years and was apprehensive about changing vets without knowing what it would be like. Going on quite a few recommendations I transferred to BDAH last summer. Within 6 months, my older cat, Lazzie had a life or death situation. Dr. Pressley & Sam (and other staff) went completely out of their way, every single day, to cater to me & Lazzie. It felt as if I was his only patient. His ability to deliver a science based approach that is methodical, along with compassion, and hard working ethics is better than I’ve ever experienced with any medical professional. “I never do reviews but everyone was so great i just had to! We brought our dog sage in around 10PM for an emergency. They saw him immediately and were constantly reassuring us that he would be ok. Everyone who took care of him was so sweet. The prices were a lot better than we expected especially since we came in late. Sage is feeling much better thanks to best care! We will be coming here for all our regular vet check-ups now. Thank you all so much!!!“
“I came in last night around 2/3am in tears and an absolute mess with my dog . after test and x-rays i made the decision to put my baby down and the staff that worked that shift were amazing the empathy and compassion they showed me was above and beyond. I’ve never experienced anything like that , they deserve the world the nurse even let me keep the blankets he was in and offered me his paw prints and they were boxed up and tied with a bow. One of the worst nights i’ve ever had and they made me feel heard and welcomed thank you to those ladies ! “
