We will be in our Rick Moore and Sons built home 2 years next month. Our home has good bones and overall we are happy with our decision to buy here. We have great neighbors and our location is wonderful. Addressing items on the Home Warranty list is another matter, with one indoor problem never addressed, in spite of multiple reminders. Our largest disappointment and costly personal fix came from the drainage issue in our yard. For someone whose business began and continues with site planning, his grading and drainage of our yard was very inadequate. Moore and son is great. I am very impressed with the quality of the homes and the attention to detail. David Johnson, the listing agent is very knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend checking them out
