Handyman near Mills River

“I'm lazy, so I don't write many reviews. I also don't climb tall ladders to replace lights in a vaulted ceiling. So, I called Andy OnCall. They came within 24 hours and changed all the bulbs for a reasonable fee. The handyman they sent was professional and friendly. This happened over a month ago, and I didn't write a review, because I'm lazy. Now, 30 days after the lights are changed, one of the trim pieces of the lighting fixture came loose and is hanging down. Sent an email to Andy OnCall about the issue and requested a repair be made. Within 24 hours I had the owner of the company there, with an assistant, repairing the fixture and ensuring 'everything was done right'. You could tell from his attitude that he wanted me to be 100% satisfied, which I am. When a company stands behind their work like this, and with a great attitude about it, it forces even a lazy guy like me to get off my duff and write a review.“
