For our fire department, Forge Mountain Electric saved the day during Hurricane Helene by providing a temporary generator when ours failed. We proceeded to purchase a new and larger capacity generator after the storm, and they were excellent with communication, showing up when they said they were going to, and in completing the installation. We highly recommend them!

They were extremely helpful during the hurricane’s aftermath. They tried to fix my Kohler generator, but there was no compression so probably need a new generator. More importantly, he made sure my AC, oven, and dryer worked before he left.

I couldn’t recommend Forge Mountain Electric enough. Top notch service.
We bought a house that had a Generac generator installed by the previous owner that was put to the test during Helene. After 5 days of running constantly it finally gave out on us. Forge mountain picked up the phone and talked me through a number of troubleshooting steps and followed up via text even though they were very busy with their service contract customers.
They sent someone by the next day and got our generator back up and running.
