I'm lazy, so I don't write many reviews. I also don't climb tall ladders to replace lights in a vaulted ceiling. So, I called Andy OnCall. They came within 24 hours and changed all the bulbs for a reasonable fee. The handyman they sent was professional and friendly. This happened over a month ago, and I didn't write a review, because I'm lazy. Now, 30 days after the lights are changed, one of the trim pieces of the lighting fixture came loose and is hanging down. Sent an email to Andy OnCall about the issue and requested a repair be made.
