AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It was like a breath of fresh mountain air. I believe Greig was the name of the salesman that helped me. Scott, Leslie, and Eric were awesome.My husband is a mechanic. The cable in his lift broke leaving us scrambling to find new ones. The place he used 10 years ago to make new cables was permanently closed. I found another location 70 miles away and he was skeptical about having the cables in stock.I did a google search and American Cable & Rigging came up. We called, left a message and in just a few seconds received a call back from Scott.I had the cables in hand to get us going again in the SAME DAY! that just never happens.
