*UPDATE:I've spoken with John, but declining the refund. As stated, the issues I faced were resolved 2 days after accusing to John. Review being updated to reflect service and facility to 5 stars. Also, John was very attentive and understanding. This speaks volumes about his customer service.Giving 3 out of 5 stars. Would give 5 if issues resolved.If you have your own products as well... pull into the stall and pretreat tires and wheels before even putting in quarters. Recommended that you save at least 1-2 minutes at the end to spray aftermarket wheels again.Low water pressure on pre soak and spot free cleaning is suppose to be low pressure.
