I have bought three homes built by Hunter Development since 2008 and have had nothing but a great experience! The builder site and office staff have been extremely helpful, kind and quick with responses. During my one year warranty they were extremely helpful and making sure all repairs and trades people were on the ball completed in a timely manner and done with excellence. I could not ask for more from a builder, and I have loved every single home. They have built for me!

Reliable, honest, and very communicative . We had a great experience working with Chris and Mike. They kept us informed every step of the way and the quality of work and attention to detail was truly impressive. Our new home exceeds our expectations , and we’re grateful for Hunter Development for bringing our vision to life.

I had a positive experience with Hunter Development Group. Although we ran into some snags at the end of construction, the matter was resolved successfully and I was satisfied after discussing the issues with the organization. Though your mileage may vary, I’ve found them to be reasonable and accommodating.
