Amazing service! Got to my house same day. Took the time to educate us on how our septic system operated. What to do and not do etc. After digging up a section of my yard they took the time to clean up the area and put the grass back. We were making a big move from across the country and had one weekend to find a house. Genny had multiple showings lined up beginning as soon as we arrived. She understood exactly what we were looking for and was up front about everything. She didn't just show us the homes, she was looking at them for any issues as well.Day 2, we found our house! She was there when we arrived on move in day and stayed late when she noticed the alarm on the septic. She made some calls and had someone out there in the dark working on it. She stayed until all was fixed, assisting the septic guy. I have never met a realtor like her who was so willing to go as far as she did.
We are getting ready to put our house on the market and I was completely overwhelmed thinking of all of the places that needed attention. Michelle came in and attacked baseboards, fans, blinds, windowsills, bathrooms etc. You name it, they got it. This was a huge project and they did it with a smile and kindness. I wish I had been able to have her clean the entire time we lived here. My floors never looked so good. Absolutely 5 stars
Have had a great experience so far with Hunter development. Finished my final walk through this morning and Chris was very thorough and just all around great to work with. Solid build quality with only a few minor cosmetic issues with paint etc. to be expected with a new build. All issues were fixed prior to walk through or on the spot when we met. 5 stars.
They did a great job on my fence! Communication from beginning to end with Melody was personable, accurate and complete. They cleaned up as they went, spacing is extremely precise and the wood they used was good quality with little flaws in it! Quality fence and quality people! Pricing was the best in town as well! Extremely happy with the entire process! Thank you so much!
