A few months after the session, I realized I had forgotten to download the selected images and the file had expired. When I reached out, she kindly re-uploaded them for us at no additional cost. She was warm, technical, talked me through everything, and genuinely helped me to feel confident in my headshot. I will absolutely be revisiting in the future for a family and/or pet portrait.
