As a longtime patient of this practice, when Dr Steinbicker took a leave, I was more than disappointed. After several trips to Dr Clapman, I am more and more impressed by her. Her upbeat personality, incredible attention to detail making sure things are just right, she spends time and doesn't hurry the process, and excellent skills have won over this often harsh critics trust and I highly recommend her.

I had to have a tooth removed that had broken off at the gum line. Was totally terrified since I have had nothing other than cleanings in 20 years. Went into the office feeling overwhelmed and so nervous was nauseous. In walked Dr. Steinbicker and he explained everything, especially that I would not be in pain whatsoever. I didn't even feel the Novocain injection. Next thing I knew the broken tooth was out. I couldn't believe I was in and out of the office in about 30 minutes. If anyone is afraid of the dentist, like I am, then Dr. Steinbicker is your one and only choice. So calm, so reassuring, so understanding.
