I only trust the Carolina Heat And AirIke Green and Mike Green JR, are trustworthy and offer superior service. I have had others say my unit was shot, and Mike showed me a way of making the unit last longer. I have bought two complete units from Carolina Quality.
These are the kindest, most courteous professionals. They were on time, identified the issue, ordered the part and installed. I am so grateful to have found them in line. Absolutely the best!
My AC went out on Labor Day. He still came out and checked out the problem but told us that he wouldn’t be able to fix anything until tomorrow because everything was closed on Labor Day. (Which was understandable). He came the very next morning and fixed our AC for us. He was very nice to the dogs we had in the house and the children. Would definitely recommend their service again.
