“Me and my sister had an appointment with Tiggy and Shakia … I’m getting married next month and I wanted to try a new nail salon since the one I have been going to is getting extremely expensive. me and my sister both got gel manicures for what I would pay for just a manicure in Charlotte for myself. I am beyond happy with the results and will be coming back to get my nails done with my bridesmaids. I 100% recommend this nail salon. They make you feel like family when you first walk in they take the time to get to know you and seem like they really care about your input. When my sister was done with her appointment, she saw my nails and wanted to make hers matte as well so tiggy took the time to put a matte coat on her nails, even though we had already paid. It is small gestures like that will keep us coming and recommending this place for years to come thank you ladies.“

This was my fourth visit to this salon, and I wanted to try them a few times before leaving a review and they definitely deserve one!
I’ve had both pedicures and SNS dip done here, and I’ve been super happy every single time. The techs are consistent, gentle, and really pay attention to detail. My nails always come out looking clean and perfect, and the pedicures are relaxing and thorough. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and the quality of their work keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!“

“Hailey set me up with absolutely beautiful lashes for my upcoming trip. The visit lasted two hours and Hailey was so sweet and personable that the time passed by quickly. This was my first time having my lashes done and was a little nervous, but Hailey was so gentle that I wouldn't hesitate going back to her again and again.“

“I've been to Elite three or four times at this point, and they are so great at their job. I usually get my natural nails painted and she always files them quickly and how I like them. She also remembers me even though I'm a very inconsistent customer, and asks about my friends who come with me at times. One thing that I really appreciate is how non-judgmental she is. I tend to pick or pull at my cuticles and it is NOT pretty. Never once has she commented on it, she just gently clips away the dead skin and makes them look clean and healthy. Let me first say that she is the best, I was feeling a little self conscious about my hair she made me felt good and comfortable. I recommend her to anyone who wants a good experience to check her out. The hair cut is one of the best I have had.

“Absolutely talented stylist. First of all, she offers a neck and shoulder massage at the beginning of your hair cut (who does that?! Yes please!) and every haircut and style I’ve had with her is the best! Her studio is colorful and welcoming, she is so fun to talk to, and hands down the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. She uses top of the line products and it shows in our manicures/pedicures. I say “ours” because I have friends who have been going to her for just about as long.
