We had an incredible experience with Gann Brothers. We had a septic tank that was discovered to be buried under a concrete slab, and other companies were not willing to investigate to see if the tank was accessible. Not only did Ashley arrange for Eric to come after regular work hours to conduct the inspection of the tank on the same day of the request, but Eric stayed and answered all questions and conducted himself in a very professional manner. We will definitely have no hesitation referring Gann Brothers to our friends, family, and clients!
We had some damage to one of our septic lines and Mr. Gann came out and inspected it for us. He oversaw how it should be repaired. Very helpful and attentive to the problem. He came out shortly after the line got damaged. we appreciated his attention to this so promptly because there was a project going on that would have stopped had he not been so prompt.
