“Matthew is the BEST I cannot stress this enough. He’s so easy to get along with which is super important if you’re hanging out with your tattoo artist for hours lol. Plus he’s insanely talented I am so in love with my tattoo. He has sat with me for 2, 8+ hour long sessions so far and I am so grateful for him and his skill. The studio itself is so fun with the theming and everyone was so friendly there. They offer free snacks and have anime playing in the rooms where you get tattooed so hours don’t feel so long and the process is more fun. Thank you Matt & Vault Tattoo!“

“Went here for a concert recently. This place is super small for something like that, but the acoustics were decent. It's disappointing to see how few people showed up to see such a great artist, but it was also nice because it had that backyard party vibe with so few people there. I hope they continue to do what they are doing and tweak things to get the word out better, provide some places to sit, and arrange for a food truck or two to sit out front during the show.“
“I finally got the courage to get my (.)(.) pierced after saying i've wanted to do it for YEARS. I decided to go to Black Cloud because I am new to the area and everyone recommended this location to me. And I am so happy I did :) I was able to walk in and was almost immediately greeted by the lovely Sam. She was such a ball of joy and was able to get me in and out of there in a very short amount of time. Not only that, but she also helped calm my nerves beforehand. When it was finally time it was a very smooth and fast process. I definitely wouldn’t say it was painless, but I can say I have stubbed my toe and it hurt more than that. I was always a little self conscious about my breast and with Sam’s help I have never been more confident. I will definitely come back to this location for any more of my piercing needs and will 100% be asking for Sam.“

“Kat was amazing. I got a snake eyes and my friend got a frog eyes piercing. She communicated with us so much throughout the session, listened to what we said we liked or wanted. They were even very helpful when we called back a week later and said there was a concern with my ball coming off. They gave me a replacement ring and tightened the one in my mouth again. The vibe was chill and everybody was into their work. Would definitely return for piercings or tattoos.“
