Very unprofessional, lets begin with the fact that she canceled on my hair just 2 hours before our wedding photos, with no one to step in or fill in, per her make up artisit, the owner Que does hair herself. So as a business owner you didnt step in to take care of your client who has paid for serivces and scheduled this event for months? She lacks communitcation skills, last minute price changes with Que, unprofessional mannerism with promises, lack of effort and willingness to step in for her work. 10 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone not even my enemies.

She is a great stylist but not dependable . Rescheduled my appointment three times then canceled my appointment. Said I could reschedule but didn’t hear back from her. She said she had a migraine but I just think she gave my appointment to someone else.Services: Hair coloring
