This was an awesome service for me. I dropped it off and Paul was great in making me feel comfortable and explaining what the process would look like. When they called me, they were thorough and helpful in explaining that my laptop was probably at its end. They let me take my time deciding what I wanted to do without overwhelmingly calling for a response and once I got a new laptop, it was able to backup to my new one and when I called back they said they could take care of it in an ethical way. I loved them! And would come back if having any new issues with my new laptop!
