Mills Cleaners at Weddington Corners is a friendly and helpful place with great customer service. The staff is always pleasant and makes routine errands feel nice. Since becoming Elite Cleaners, they have added features like text updates when clothes are ready and the option to reply to texts. They often have clothes ready before the promised day, and the clothes are packaged with extra care. Despite being out of the way for some, the quick and reliable service makes the drive worthwhile. The staff, including a friendly counter person, creates a welcoming atmosphere, making customers feel appreciated and cared for.
We have been going to the cleaners at this Weddington Corners location for years, and we have always liked the staff who are so friendly and pleasant and very helpful. They turn this routine errand into a nice experience. Since it became Elite Cleaners recently, we are pleased with the added features and changes. We appreciate the text we receive when are clothes are ready and the fact that we can write a live person back on the text if needed. They often have our clothes ready before the day promised; and although that is not expected, it is nice. The clothes are also packaged with extra care now.
I really enjoy taking my clothes to Mills Cleaner, they are very friendly people and do a great job on your clothes. The prices are reasonalble and the Ladies work hard to please the customer.
