McKenzie C. Seippel, PA-C

I saw McKenzie for the first time this week as she is a PA to Dr. Masonis. McKenzie was really kind and she listened to all my issues and then we tackled them one by one. I felt McKenzie was very patient with me and was never rushed. I have another appointment with her next month and feel very confident in her care. What a wonderful addition to this team. ?

Went to matthews ortho Carolina urgent care early in the day but realized they don't open until 5pm but the receptionist was awesome and got me squeezed in between appointments and I was in a room within 10 minutes. PA Mckenzie Seippel came in to see me asked a few questions and came to the conclusion of tendinitis of the rotator in my left shoulder. Sent me for x-ray to rule out a bone spur which I agreed to, then explained treatment options to me.. I chose an injection.. she was very calming, very nice and even listened to me talk my head off (nervous chatter I hate needles LOL) if you go here request to see Mckenzie

Appointment was on time. McKenzie Seippel spoke clearly and sat down so that she spoke to me and not “down” to me. She had a good understanding of the purpose of my visit. I did not feel rushed.I had a follow up question about the prescribed medication. My phone call was returned the same afternoon.She was knowledgeable, professional and personable.Her staff reflected these attributes.
