I had a wonderful experience at LL Flooring in Charlotte on Thomasboro Dr. Paul assisted me with figuring out what floor would work best with the sample I brought in. He also educated me on the underlayment as well. There was no pressure to purchase just good customer service.. Overall a great experience

This is my 4th flooring project with this store and will not be my last. I have always received the best customer service and their people are professional and knowledgeable. The big box stores cannot compare to these people.Mike J
