I had my first Brazilian wax at Hello Sugar 3wks ago. I was in some vulnerable position, however I felt at ease with the situation. My apologies for not remembering my tech’s name but she was extremely professional and nice. The environment is clean & staff is friendly. They definitely gave me time and they were extremely patient. Before I left I scheduled my next appointment not knowing if I would truly like the results, but I am actually looking forward to my next appointment. I believe I am hooked! This overall was a great process. I came in to get Sugared and left with a wax. Besides that the location was clean and the young lady that greeted me was fantastic. She was friendly and helpful. She said that the sugar was not turned on when she got there. Luckily them out the wax was. So the sugar was super hard. I grew out my leg hair for three weeks for sugar I was only in town for five days. So not exactly happy but happy I was able to get at least my hair removed that day. Booked with Kiah for my first time sugaring and she made me feel so comfortable!!! Was not awkward at all we talked the whole time and she made sure I was okay which I really appreciated! Definitely book with Kiah if you’re looking for a great experience my expectations were exceeded!!! 10/10❤️❤️❤️
