I had an appointment at 2:40 to try to resolve an issue with the phone being broken I had insurance I have the extra protection and the girl simply sat at the table and told me I didn't have what I had and that since I didn't purchase it at the store nothing she could do...was extremely rude not helpful at all, horrible customer service.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. First off they make you make an appointment and that’s fine. However in following protocol I was subjected to the upmost incompetence I have ever wasted my time dealing with. I spoiled with someone over the phone to book the appointment, they asked me not only what kind of device that I had the model how old it was and said that I needed to make the appointment actually insisted that I’ll be on time in order to kind of keep my slot. Terrible. Employees are rude and not very helpful. You’re gonna wait an hour or so before anyone speaks to you. Drive to pineville. They have more than one employee and actually seem to know what they are talking about. Matthews is a joke.
