My son and I visited and received new glasses from Dr. Hahn. But, when it came time to pay our bill, there was a difference of $25 from what my insurance paid. I had to call their office 3 different times in order for them to accept my payment. The first time I called their computer was down. The second time I returned a call and since it routed to their Matthews office, they wouldn't take my credit card. The third time I called they told me there was a $10 fee on top of the $25 because it hadn't been paid when I'd been trying to pay it. This business needs to come into 2024 and have online payments. Also, they could have staff who will take a payment instead of giving reasons why they can't. Totally unprofessional.

I have been a patient at this clinic for many years. They have always given great service from the receptionist to the Dr. The men in the lab have helped me out so many times I cannot count. If i have an issue with the fit of or repair the usually help the same day. If not the next. They are the best. Edith Dannemiller

Terrible place, stay away. The "Dr" made a wrong diagnosis and ruined my holiday time with my family. I was all worried and thinking that I was going blind. He sent me to get surgery. When I saw a good doctor it turned out it was noting. Just common aging pains. Dr Hann refused to even acknowlege his mistake. He is supposed to be the proffessional but he is horrible at what he does. Stay away.
