If you are looking for prompt, experienced service without being overcharged, give DAC Services a call. Their customer service is outstanding, they are friendly and easy to work with. Chris installed 2 EcoBee Thermostats, explained and set them up to my preference. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.

Our 21 year old HVAC system began leaking. A neighbor recommended DAC, a service technician came out and tried to repair the unit but the leaking continued. We obtained 3 different quotes to replace the system and had several questions concerning functionality, refrigerant requirements, warranty and reliability that the owner answered himself by calling me.

The installation took nearly a full day. Three technicians were on site. They answered additional questions we had during the installation process. The technicians were very polite and did an exceptional job. They cleaned up afterwards and the system is working well.

DAC Services Heating and Air Conditioning is top-notch! My wife is currently 39 weeks pregnant and could go into labor any day. When our HVAC stopped pumping out hot air, we got a local technician to come out diagnose what was wrong with our system. This other technician replaced our blower. After replacing our blower, the system continued not to produce hot air. When we called the local technician back out, he informed us we were going to need an entirely new system. Yikes! What horrible timing with a baby on the way. Upon learning this, I began calling several local companies out to get quotes for pricing of a new system.
