We are very happy with the HVAC installation by Collins Comfort Solutions LLC. They are professional and very responsive - one of the best experiences I've had with any contractor.

In speaking with Patrick of Collins Comfort Solutions about a drain line that had been damaged around the time they were here for our bi-yearly maintenance, he said he would send the people back that had come for the appointment. They (Dave and his son I believe) came right over and assured me they didn’t break it and proceeded to fix the PVC drain line at no charge. I so appreciate their honesty and willingness to help in a situation they were not responsible for. I will continue to use Collins for all my HVAC needs. Thank you guys!

Let me start off by saying I am not one to leave reviews. I always read through them and am thankful to those who take the time to do so, but have never felt strongly enough about a good, service or company to do so myself. I am happy to make the exception for Patrick and his team. Collins Comfort Solutions is honest, trustworthy, fair, reasonably priced and most importantly, just good people. Patrick and his team have not only serviced my home, but also both my parents and in-laws. He is always available to help, and has saved me and my extended family from freezing cold and brutally hot nights. 10/10 would and do recommend Collins Comfort Solutions any chance I get....read full review
