Blown away! Superb customer experience. I had some warranty work done at CarDoc and the Warranty company would not pay for my battery, which was depleted due to a failing alternator. I told the folks at CarDoc that I would just install a new one myself; they did not need to worry about it. When I picked up the car, a new battery was already installed at no cost to me. They actually called Auto Zone, confirmed I had a warranty on the existing battery, and replaced it with one covered by the Auto Zone warranty. Way above and beyond - set the bar in customer service.
Leave it to the doc!! There's a reason he's not called the car nurse practitioner and it's because he's got that PhD in getting your car set up!! Swear the 5.0 ran like a scalded dog and the AC blew like a January cold front after it's stay here. No/brief wait. Very helpful. Great prices. 5 star cappuccino machine. I mean there's really no denying it, they run the game
I went in earlier this week for an oil change and they were quick, efficient and reasonable. He showed me I had a leak, so he fit me in the next day after I confirmed I had leaked on my driveway! He took time to clean it thoroughly and found & fixed it and said if there were any more, just bring it back. Again, very reasonable and I enjoyed having a conversation with him and the other man working with him. VERY NICE PEOPLE! I highly recommend this place!
