So disappointing!! I received an arrangement for my birthday on 3/21 from my daughters. When it arrived, one daughter said it looks nothing like what I ordered. On 3/22 the single hydrangea in the arrangement was dead; the flowers on the snap dragons were falling off (actually some of the snap dragon flowers started falling off on 3/21); the ferns were dry and the leaves were crumbling; there was no packet that often some with cut flowers to add to the water to preserve the arrangement. I called and left 2 messages during their business hours on 3/22 and no one called me back. I came in last second for a first date gift.I brought a small vase and a bear from a thrift store and wanted to add some flowers.The woman at the front was very sweet and helpful!10/10
