I had an issue with an HP monitor that wasn't connecting to my Dell laptop. I had gone to another computer repair place nearby and, after some investigation with 2 workers at the other place, it was decided that my cable worked but the monitor was bad.I came to A1 Computers hoping to buy a used monitor. In the process of choosing and testing monitors with my laptop, George offered the possibility of trying my supposed "bad" monitor that I had out in my car. He was able to figure out what setting wasn't correct that allowed my monitor to work with my laptop.George was patient and curious to find a solution for me. Fabulous place!If you like a computer store that has an absolute large selection of parts and a knowledgeable staff - this is the place to go.Given my background - finding a store that has a homey (call it feeling of electronics from an enthusiast pov) this is great place.Truth - this is not your glass and stainless steel mega-store. It is crowded with parts and systems and the staff asked me the right questions to help me.
