The leak rotted two studs, the floor joist, the window support within the wall, the plywood, and the siding. He replaced the rotted wood, insulation, siding, and paneling. He even made a replacement aluminum windowsill himself to match our other windowsills.

4 Quality Homes outperformed the work they completed on our home. Denis and team was contracted for the work after 3 interviews with other construction companies. They were prompt and professional. They found areas of wood rot under the gutters we could have never found and window dormer issues. He always asked permission to continue as new issues appeared and addressed them. Dennis and his son came out today to do a gable vent repair and window maintenance. They arrived on time, did amazing work, and were extremely professional!
