Big shout out to Scott, Brandon and Bradley for installing my new American Standard heat pump! They were here as scheduled and worked through rain and thunderstorms to get me cool again. Scott came out to do an assessment of our AC unit and provided us a quote. I called several HVAC companies and the reason I chose Wilson Heating and Hair is they were highly recommended and the knowledge Scott provided to us during his visit to our Home, and he was very personable, you could tell he has a passion for what he do and that helped us make our decision. Honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and professional! I called Wilson HVAC for a second opinion and quickly realized I was being fleeced by the first company that came out to look at my AC. Wilson HVAC is a true gem - they were actually concerned with my cost and gave me options after fully explaining the situation. Chris, the technician that came to my house, NEVER talked down to me because I'm a woman with little HVAC knowledge. There are also no pushy sales people...it's a small family owned company that you can trust. I had an incredible experience with them from Jenni in the front office to the techs in the field.
